| What happens when an item
is on backorder? If an item is on backorder, you will receive a call from Advanced-Online Customer Service the same day you place your order. Our customer service representative will work with you on your timing needs. Return to top |

| How do I check the status
of my order? Click on the "Order Status" button, type in your order number from your online confirmation and click "Submit". If you do not know your order number, click on "Order History" and then click on the order number you wish to track or review. If your order has shipped, you will have received an e-mail confirming shipment with a link for tracking that can be used to quickly track your package. Return to top |

| What is your return policy? All goods must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Any promotional product may be returned without a restocking fee. Customized items may be returned within 30 days ONLY if they are defective. Customized goods are normally those items that have required special custom personalization or imprinting. Please contact Advanced-Online Customer Service at 1-877-471-5410 to receive a return authorization number. If there is a problem with the product, Advanced will replace the product at no cost to you. If you need to return a product for another reason, Advanced will accept promotional products (if returned in the same condition sent to you) with no restocking fee, but you will still be liable for shipping charges.
